Terms Of Service

Subscription Services Summary of Terms

The following summarizes how your subscription works. If you have additional questions or want more detail, please review the full Terms of Service on the next tab or contact us directly.

1. What you’re signing up for.

By enrolling, you agree to the full Terms of Service governing your monthly handyman plan. If you don’t agree, do not subscribe.

2. What your subscription includes.

Your plan gives you a set number of hours per month for general home maintenance and repairs that do not require permits, licensed trades, or structural changes. If a job needs more time, a quote, a permit, or specialist contractor, it will be scheduled separately.

3. Billing.

Your first payment activates your subscription. After that, billing will occur on the 1st of each month. You must keep a valid payment method on file. If payment isn’t made by the 6th day, a $30 late fee may apply; if the account is unpaid by the 10th, service may be suspended.

4. Extra hours & materials.

If you use more than your included hours, you’ll be billed at the published additional-hour rate. If we purchase materials for you, a sourcing fee applies. We may proceed only after you approve the materials and cost.

5. Scheduling & usage.

You must request your handyman visit during your monthly window. Hours don’t roll over to the next month unless allowed in writing. If we arrive and cannot perform work because of access or conditions, the time may still be counted.

6. Your responsibilities.

You must provide safe access, clear work areas, needed approvals, and remove personal items or hazards. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by unsafe conditions, hidden defects, or work by others.

7. Cancellation & termination.

You may cancel with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. No refunds for unused hours. We may suspend or terminate your membership if you break key terms, fail to pay, or create unsafe conditions.

8. Liability & claims.

For work under your subscription plan, our total liability is capped at US $1,000, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits). This cap does not apply to separately quoted large-scale projects, which have their own agreement. Claims must be reported within 7 days after service.

9. Legal & compliance facts.

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits or licenses if the work demands them. Regulated trades may be quoted apart from your subscription plan. These Terms are governed by Colorado law, and any dispute will be resolved in a court in Jefferson County, Colorado.

10. Changes to the Terms.

We may update the Terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the subscription after the notice constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
