Effective for: All customers who enroll in a residential and small business subscription plan offered by Reve Home Pros (each, a “Member”).
Provider: Reve Home Pros, [Business Address] (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Agreement & Acceptance
By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree to these Terms of Service and any documents incorporated by reference (e.g., plan description, pricing table, service-area map). If you do not agree, do not enroll.

2. Subscription Plans, Scope & Service Area

2.1 Plans
We offer subscription tiers (“Plans”) that include a set number of handyman hours monthly at published rates. Additional hours are billed per Section 3.5.

2.2 Scope of Services
Plans cover general home maintenance and repair tasks listed in our service menu that do not require licensing or permitting. Work requiring licensed trades, permits, structural changes, or remodel-scale labor may be excluded or quoted separately.
2.3 Service Area & Travel Fees
Our service area is defined on our published service-area map. No travel fee applies within that area. Service outside the area may involve travel fees or may be unavailable, at our discretion.

2.4 Commercial Accounts
For small-business clients, the individual authorizing service represents they have authority to bind the entity. Payment and scheduling terms may vary by written agreement.

3. Billing and Subscription Terms
3.1 Initial Payment and Activation
Your subscription becomes active when you enroll and submit the first payment. This activation payment confirms your subscription and secures your first service period, even if the first visit has not yet been scheduled. Service will not be performed until payment is received.

You must schedule your first visit within thirty (30) days of activation. If you fail to schedule within that period despite reasonable technician availability, the included hours for that first service period may be forfeited.

If you activate your subscription near the end of a billing month, we may, at our discretion and for scheduling efficiency, combine the first and second service cycles into a single visit without reducing the total hours available for that combined appointment.

3.2 Recurring Billing Date
All subscriptions transition to a unified billing cycle on the first day of each month following your initial activation. Future payments will automatically be charged on the 1st of each month for continued service. By enrolling, you authorize Reve Home Pros to store and charge your payment method for recurring fees.

3.3 Short Initial Billing Periods
If your first service occurs late in the month, your next charge on the 1st may occur within 30 days. We may, at our discretion and subject to availability, combine the first and second cycles into a single visit.

3.4 Payment Methods and Authorization
You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file and authorize Reve Home Pros to charge it, or any other valid payment method you provide if your primary method fails, for all subscription and service fees. We may receive updated card details from your issuer and continue billing the updated method as permitted.
All recurring subscription payments are processed on the 1st day of each month. No service visits will be scheduled or performed until the monthly payment has been successfully processed.

If payment has not cleared by the 5th day of the month, a late fee of thirty dollars ($30) will be applied on the 6th day of the month. The late fee represents administrative and collection costs and is assessed once per billing cycle.

If payment, including any applicable late fee, remains unpaid by the 10th day of the month, Reve Home Pros may suspend or cancel your subscription at its discretion. Service will not resume until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

If a balance remains unpaid after the due date, the late fee may be re-applied for each subsequent billing cycle that the account remains delinquent, until the balance is paid in full or the account is closed. Service will remain suspended during this period. No new subscription fees will accrue while service is suspended.
3.5 Additional Hours & Materials
If you request work beyond included hours, it is billed at the published additional-hour rate. When we source materials, a sourcing fee applies per Section 5.2.

3.6 Promotional Offers
Introductory or promotional plans may be offered at our discretion and may be limited by prior or current membership.

3.7 Refunds; Discretionary Credits
Payments are nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused hours. We may issue a one-time courtesy credit at our discretion. Doing so does not create an ongoing obligation.

3.8 Cancellation and Renewal
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled at least seven (7) days before the next billing date. Cancellations made after that apply to the following month. Fees for completed or scheduled services are nonrefundable.

3.9 Changes to Plans or Billing
We may update pricing, plan terms, or billing policies with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

4. Service Scheduling and Usage

4.1 Scheduling of Visits
Visits are scheduled per your Plan and technician availability. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday availability is limited and not scheduled as standard; requests may be accepted at technician discretion and availability. Sunday service is not offered except in emergency or pre-approved cases, billed at current after-hours rates.

4.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations by Client
At least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel. Short-notice cancellations may result in forfeiture of that cycle’s time. Repeated short-notice cancellations may lead to suspension or termination.

4.3 Missed Appointments
If we arrive within the scheduled window and cannot access the property or complete work due to client-related factors, the visit is considered fulfilled and time deducted.

4.4 Weather and Safety Conditions
For outdoor or weather-sensitive tasks, we may postpone or modify visits when conditions are unsafe or impractical. Postponements do not reduce total monthly time; the visit will be rescheduled when conditions permit.

4.5 Unused Hours and Carryover
Hours must be used within the billing month and do not roll over unless authorized in writing.

4.6 Service Scope and Work Requests
Service visit tasks must fall within normal handyman scope. Projects requiring time beyond a single monthly visit, specialty trades, permits, or subcontracted professionals may require separate approval and pricing. We may decline work requiring specialty licensing, violating code, or creating safety risks.

4.7 Access to Property
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access and clear work areas. This includes securing pets, unlocking gates, and ensuring work areas are clear of personal items. Failure to provide access may result in forfeiture of time.

4.8 Service Completion and Quality Assurance
Work is performed to professional standards. Issues must be reported in writing within seven (7) days for review. Corrective work, if approved, will be scheduled at our discretion and does not extend any warranty or create new obligations beyond the original task.

4.9 Time Tracking and Billable Hours
Billable time begins on technician arrival and ends on departure. Onsite time for materials, debris disposal, or project discussion is billable. Time is tracked per technician and rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. Travel time is not billed within our service area.
If a task requires more time than your remaining hours, the technician will inform you before continuing. With approval, we proceed at the published additional-hour rate and charge your payment method within 24 hours. Quoted times are estimates, not guarantees. If you decline additional time, work pauses and may be rescheduled.

5. Materials, Access & Member Responsibilities

5.1 Access & Preparation
Provide safe, clear access and authorization to perform tasks. Work may be paused or cancelled if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

5.2 Materials
You may furnish your own materials and products for any scheduled work, provided they are available, suitable, and compliant with applicable safety and building standards. Reve Home Pros is not responsible for the quality, performance, or safety of client-supplied materials and may decline to use any that appear defective, unsafe, or incompatible with the task.

If Reve Home Pros sources materials or products on your behalf, a sourcing fee applies. Our standard sourcing fee is thirty percent (30%) of the material cost, with a minimum of nine dollars ($9.00) per scheduled visit. Your subscription plan may specify a different sourcing-fee percentage. This fee covers the time and expense of identifying, purchasing, and coordinating delivery of materials.

Unless otherwise agreed, sourced materials and products will be shipped directly to your service address from the vendor or supplier. Any associated shipping, delivery, or restocking fees are your responsibility and will be included as part of the approved material cost. Shipping or delivery costs are billed at actual cost and are not included in the calculation of the sourcing-fee percentage.

Materials must be approved in writing or through documented communication and paid in full before Reve Home Pros completes any purchase on your behalf. If either you or Reve Home Pros do not have the correct or complete materials for a specific task by the time of the scheduled visit, the visit will still proceed. During that appointment, Reve Home Pros will instead complete other approved or pending tasks that can be performed with the materials available. The visit time will count toward your subscription hours as scheduled.

5.3 Member Conduct & Site Conditions
You agree to act reasonably and cooperate with technicians. We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe or unsuitable site conditions.

6. Cancellation, Suspension & Termination

6.1 Member Cancellation
You may cancel at least seven (7) days before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

6.2 Suspension for Cause
We may suspend or terminate immediately if you fail to pay, materially breach these Terms, create unsafe conditions, or engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse.

6.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, unused hours expire. All balances become due, and you authorize us to charge any valid payment method on file.

7. Liability, Warranties & Indemnification

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Reve Home Pros makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that all work will be free of defect or error. We do not warrant that any specific outcome or improvement will result from our services.

7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims related to services provided under your subscription plan—and only those services—are limited in our aggregate liability to you to One Thousand Dollars (US $1,000). Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including, without limitation, lost profits or business interruption).
This cap does not apply to any services that are separately quoted and accepted as “larger project work” (including but not limited to structural remodels or full-scale renovations). Such project work will be governed by a separate written agreement and its own liability provisions.
We are not responsible for losses caused by pre-existing defects, hidden conditions, client-furnished materials, or work performed by others. Technicians may refuse or stop work when conditions are unsafe, code-violating, or present a risk of damage

7.3 Property Condition and Third-Party Liability
You are responsible for the property’s condition and for securing valuables and pets. We are not liable for incidental cosmetic wear from reasonable care. If third-party contractors are engaged on your behalf, they are independent professionals; claims must be directed to them.

7.4 Client Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reve Home Pros and its personnel from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach, negligence, unsafe or undisclosed conditions, or materials/equipment you provide. This survives cancellation or termination.

7.5 Notification of Claims
Claims must be reported in writing within seven (7) calendar days of service completion. Claims after that period may be denied.

8. Insurance Coverage and Claims Handling

8.1 Company Coverage
We maintain general liability insurance as required by law. Proof is available upon written request. Our insurance protects Reve Home Pros and does not extend to client losses.

8.2 No Third-Party Beneficiary Rights
Our insurance does not create rights for Members, owners, tenants, or third parties, and does not waive liability limitations in these Terms.

8.3 Client Insurance Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining homeowner’s, renter’s, or property insurance and agree to pursue claims through your insurer before seeking recovery from us.
8.4 Claims Process
Submit claims in writing within seven (7) days with supporting documentation. Reve Home Pros will review the claim in good faith and may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or reimburse reasonable direct costs. Any assistance is not an admission of liability.

8.5 Limitation on Recovery
Any approved reimbursement will not exceed direct repair cost for the damaged item or area and is subject to Section 7.2. Consequential, incidental, or aesthetic losses are excluded.

9. Permits & Compliance
If services require permits, licensed trades, or inspections, you are responsible for obtaining or paying for them unless otherwise agreed. Regulated work may be quoted separately or performed outside Plan hours.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemic, government orders, labor disputes, supply interruption, or transportation delay. Affected services may be suspended or rescheduled without penalty. Reve Home Pros will make reasonable efforts to resume or reschedule services as soon as conditions permit. Suspension under this clause does not constitute breach of contract, nor entitle the client to a refund or credit, unless otherwise determined by Reve Home Pros in its sole discretion.

11. Governing Law, Disputes & Amendments

11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Colorado law.

11.2 Dispute Resolution; No Class Actions
Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, or in small-claims court. Each party waives the right to participate in a class or representative action.

11.3 Amendments
We may amend these Terms; the “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued participation after amendment constitutes acceptance.
