What's included in a membership?

Each month, you receive dedicated handyman time to use on tasks you’ve identified. That includes repairs, maintenance, installations, touchups, and other general handiwork.

Are there extra charges beyond my monthly fee?

Only if you approve them. You may request tasks that require additional materials, additional labor time, or specialists/licensed trades work beyond our typical scope.

How do you decide what tasks to do first?

You drive the priorities. Before we visit, you tell us which items on your to-do list matter most. We handle them in that order as time allows.

Do I always get the same handyman?

Yes. Wherever possible, you’ll work with the same handyman so they become familiar with your home, preferences, and maintenance history.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or pause my membership?

Yes. Depending on demand and capacity, you can request a change in service level, or pause for a short period. Reach out and we’ll work with you.

How do you handle larger projects?

For projects that require more time than typical visits, we’ll provide a clear estimate outlining expected hours, materials, and costs. If any specialized, licensed work is needed, we help coordinate scheduling with the appropriate professional so everything stays on track.
